Last updated June 8, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of WorkloadLab (the "Service"), operated by Sonne Solutions, Ltd., a Delaware company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Beta service
WorkloadLab is currently in open beta. The Service is provided as-is and may change, break, or be unavailable at times. Features may be added, modified, or removed. We recommend you keep your own records of any critical scheduling decisions.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
- You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use any company data you enter.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Your data and ownership
You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data in order to provide the Service to you. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or use it to train machine-learning models.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or to store unlawful content.
- Attempt to access other customers' data, or probe, scan, or breach security or access controls.
- Disrupt or overload the Service, or reverse engineer it except as permitted by law.
- Upload data you do not have the right to use.
6. Payments
Parts of the Service may be free during beta. Where paid plans apply, fees and billing terms will be presented at the point of purchase and processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, and we may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The schedules and forecasts produced by the Service are decision-support outputs based on the data and constraints you provide; you are responsible for the decisions you make using them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonne Solutions, Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the Service or other users. You can request deletion of your account and data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
